Class Types


A low impact choreographed class using weights for resistance. A class for all abilities.

Advanced Step

Advanced choreography step class at a high intensity. Challenge yourself and move it.

Basic Step

A slower paced step class, great for beginners to try out. 30 minutes


Half intermediate step, a moderate intensity step class. and half a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music.


A high energy indoor cycling class. Great fun for all fitness levels. Limited spaces available, please call to book.

Easy Movin'

A fun, low impact exercise class suitable for everyone including diabetic, arthritis, stroke and heart conditions.

Classes will be developed to suit a range of abilities and ages – so whether you are 65 or 95 you will benefit from attending. As well as including a range of exercises that will help improve your strength and balance the classes could also include some gentle exercise to music, exercises to help your core strength, fun activities to improve your balance and stretches to help with your flexibility.

Beginners Pilates

A 30 minute slower paced and basic Pilates class

Tai Chi

A class designed to improve balance both mentally and physically. Tai Chi also improves flexibility, strength, posture and immunity. Targeted at people with Arthritis however suitable for all ages and abilities

Morning Motivator

Full body circuit style workout set to a timer with staff explanation and supervision. Suitable for all abilities as modifications given when required.
